James reassembled our longcase clock after we moved to Lancashire from Scotland after a search to find someone who would visit and charge a reasonable price. He had to take parts away and returned when promised and the clock is now back to working order. Thank you.

What a relief to find someone who will visit your home in the Merseyside area. James was prompt, he explained what he was doing when re-fixing a chain in a longcase clock, followed by a through check of the chiming mechanism and that the clock was keeping time. He charged a fair price and I am happy to recommend his services and would certainly use him again.

Great job from start to finish .
It was a bit trickier than first thought James had to take a part away and cut a new thread and make a new pin to fit re fit all a light oil and all done .
